I have used Adobe Carpet Cleaning in 2004 and my wife and I were horrified by their service and professionalism. We asked for carpets to be cleaned in three rooms and wanted no other service. The two employees who came out were Eastern European and did not speak English very well. They continued to bully me into purchasing other services. Some of which I reluctantly did. They then did not do the extra work. In my living room they did not move any furniture to clean the carpets around it. They just went around everything.
Then I paid them before realizing it. I called later and they said they would send the men back out but I had my in-laws flying in and did not want those two men back in my house. I asked for a partial refund of what they did not do, but the woman at the company did not return my calls. I called a few times a day for two days before I finally got the bosses cell phone number. I called him and he agreed to a partial refund, but when he charged my account he added a zero so it was almost a thousand dollars he charged me! We then asked for them to fix it, and they said it would be a few days. This was going to put my account into the negative. After threatening them with fraud and lawsuits they fixed it immediately, even though they initially said it would take days.
Do not use them. Then they called back six months later wanting to come back out!

If This isn't sour grapes, I don't know what is !! You BIG WHINER !! Get your pussy fingers off the keyboard and be a man. They made right by you by your own account. Aren't you capable of human error too ? You obviously don't know what it is to get the run around by a company and still not get satisfaction. With any luck, you will in the future so you will know the difference ! Grow up, get a life, and GET OVER IT !!
I am glad someone is reading this journal, and I wonder if the writer of the above works for the company.
I apologize to anyone who needs to see language they don't enjoy on here, but I do feel strongly about free speech so I will not be deleting the above.
By the way, I cannot get over it. This reminds me of how people are ignorant and uneducated. How can anyone learn anything or do anything new if they don't learn from other people's experiences?
No, I do not work for that company, I'm retired. Tired and retired!! Yes, I have a sense of humor and am quite educated. I had a similar situation with another service company that overcharged me to the tune of hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my "easy pay" monthly e-statement charged automatically to my credit card. It took them almost EIGHTEEN MONTHS to resolve the overcharge. I too, threatened a lawsuit and to dispute the charge with Visa, etc. The company you dealt with acted swiftly in a most reasonable time frame. Although inconvenienced,
You should appreciate their quick handling of their mistake. Your experience could have been very different and most unpleasant. I would have rather dealt with a company that you described. So, all in all, like I said before,.....GET OVER IT !! LOL
